One Week, One Thing - May 1

Geez, Louise!  I must be a creature of habit!  My day yesterday got hijacked by software upgrades, and I completely forgot to blog!  Any change to my routine and all good intentions go flying out the window....

But I'm here today to report my progress from last week.

The center section of the Vintage Rouge BOM sample is all put together.
Pardon the bad iPhone photo. Plus my design wall covers a window....
(And yes, I've already been told about the block booboo in the lower left corner!)

I even began the applique for the 4 border sections.
The dresden still needs its center circle...
My goal for this coming week is to get this entire bad boy put together and prepared for quilting next week!

What about you?

My main thing for last week was to complete my blocks for the green/grey swap...DONE! I also completed: the quilting and binding on my Machine Quilting class project, piecing the blocks from my Liberated Piecing class, and got the back pieced from the Red/White block swap.

I have already completed my one thing for this week (putting the handle on my Izzy bag). My next one thing is to finish the table runner that is a wedding gift...it just needs a border, quilting and binding. I just keep putting it off for some reason!

Last week I finished a baby quilt, to blocks for a couple of bees that I am in and two ticker tape blocks.

This week I need to finish another baby quilt and work on my EPP for a pillow cover that I'm working on for a swap.

I think, sign me up! Do you think it looks darker than the store flyer because this is an iPhone photo? Just wondering...
